A great fit starts with the material. We use premium closed-cell XLPE foam for a clean finish, crisp pocket edges, and a suede-like surface feel. Its durable structure stands up to everyday use. Its closed-cell construction resists moisture absorption and handles everyday temperature changes in storage, transport, and the workshop.

  1. 01 /Laser engraved

    Make your mark

    Your text, logo, or markings are physically burned into the foam by a laser, removing a thin layer of material to leave an etched impression.

  2. 02 /Firm foam

    The grip at the core

    The top and grip layers use the same firm foam to hold your gear securely. Cut through selected layers to give each item the depth it needs.

  3. 03 /Soft cushioning

    A softer landing

    Softer foam cushions your gear and conforms to the bottom of your case. Shown in our Light Red color option.

More possibilities between the layers

Room for the details.

Shallow pockets for smaller pieces. Deeper pockets for bulkier gear. We laminate the layers by hand with a strong, durable bonding adhesive to bring your layout together.

Add a hidden side-entry pocket in an interior layer for a tracker or small item, while keeping the top surface and cushioned base intact. Available when your insert has enough interior depth.
